Who are we ?

The Health Systems in Health Emergencies Resilience Support (BARPUS) is a limited liability company registered in Benin (headquarters). BARPUS aims to promote the preparation of national health systems to deal with health emergencies and public health in Africa and the rest of the world.

BARPUS was created in January 2024 by a group of African experts, made up of various specialists, working in the health, IT, and communication sector.
