The Health Systems in Health Emergencies Resilience Support (BARPUS) is a limited liability company registered in Benin (headquarters). BARPUS aims to promote the preparation of national health systems to deal with health emergencies and public health in Africa and the rest of the world.

BARPUS was created in January 2024 by a group of African experts, made up of various specialists, working in the health, IT, and communication sector.

The BARPUS programme aims to develop national healthcare systems for the well-being of the population, within the framework of national, regional, and international cooperation, by sharing experience and technologies.

The BARPUS aims to promote African expertise as much as possible and will draw from its roster of confirmed experts who will be mobilized for any public health intervention in the countries.
